General Conditions of Sale 

The Education Agency NTC EDU (hereinafter referred to as the “NTC EDU”) hereby commits to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, general information about our users/customers and the data necessary for our operations and informing the users in accordance with good manufacturing practices and with the aim to provide high quality service. We provide our customers with options, allowing them particularly to opt in or out of mailing lists that are used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer information is strictly confidential and available only to our employees on a need to know basis. All NTC EDU employees and business partners are required to follow the principles of privacy protection. 

Terms of Use 

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms of Use (hereinafter: the “Terms”) and agree to comply with them, as well as with any other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use this website. 

The NTC EDU may change the Terms at any time, by amending this text. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be overridden by explicit legal acts or communications displayed on other pages of this website. 

Which personal data do we collect and why? 


When visitors leave a comment on our posts, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam (unwanted messages) detection. 

An anonymised string created from your email address (so-called hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: Upon approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. 

Contact Forms 

When you fill out a contact form on our website requesting your email address, we store it in order to respond to your inquiry. 

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be stored on our server so that we can send you the news.  


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that have embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location information from images on the website. 


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in the details again when you leave new comment. These cookies will last for one year. 

Embedded content from other websites 

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, application forms, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who do we share your information with 

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. 

We do not share any of your personal information with other parties. 

How long we keep your information 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are saved indefinitely. We’re doing this so that future comments may be recognised automatically and approved without having to wait in a moderation queue. 

We keep your contact information until you unsubscribe from receiving notifications. 


The Education Agency NTC EDU is not in the VAT system. 

Protection of confidential transaction data 

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems – the latest cryptographic technologies. 
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment service provider, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank’s pages. Your payment card information is not available to our system at any time. 


In case of return and refunding the customer in the amount they previously paid, in part or in full, by a payment card, regardless of the reason for the refund, the NTC EDU is required to issue the refund exclusively to VISA, EC/MC or Maestro card, meaning that, upon the seller’s request, the bank will refund the amount to the card user’s account.

All content on this website (hereinafter referred to as: the “Site”) is copyright protected and any authorised use may constitute a violation of the Copyright and Related Rights Law, the Trademark Law or other other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified elsewhere on this site, you may view, copy, print or download the content only for personal, non-commercial use and for information purposes, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original content are kept intact. You may not modify the content of this website in any way, nor reproduce, publicly display, perform, distribute or otherwise use it for any public or commercial purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any software or other material available for download or use through this site that has its own terms of use or licensing is protected by those terms. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the site will be terminated and you must immediately destroy any contents you have downloaded or printed out.

Any material, feedback or other information you provide to the Site or to the NTC EDU in relation to this site (the “Information”) shall not be considered confidential or proprietary.  The NTC EDU will be the sole owner of all information collected on the Site and in connection with it.  The NTC EDU shall have no obligation with respect to such information and is free to use it without restriction for any purpose (such as use, reproduction, modification, publication, (re)distribution, public display etc.) without attribution. 

It is prohibited to post or transmit on or from the Site any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, humiliating, obscene, pornographic or other materials that violate any law. 

Ordering and Payment 

1. You can order our products very easily through our website. If there is anything unclear in the ordering process, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at: and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

2. When viewing an item, select the quantity you wish to buy and click on the “Add to basket” button. After you add the first item, you may continue shopping or, if you have selected everything you need, click on the “View basket” button and then “Continue to payment” that will redirect you to a page where you need to enter your information. 

3. At any time, you may view the items you have selected and make any necessary changes. 

4. The agency is not in the VAT system. Payment can be made only in dinars, via credit card or on receipt. The items ordered via our shop can be shipped… 

Delivery and any restrictions 

When we receive your order, you will get an automatic order confirmation email, with details of the order and delivery details. If you don’t get the email, your order hasn’t been confirmed. In that case, visit the site again to check whether the items are still in the basket and confirm the order. We should both receive the email with the order. If that doesn’t happen, please contact us at, so that we could check what went wrong. 

2. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and if a product is not available at the moment, we will contact you in order to find the best solution. Orders placed during the weekend and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. 

3. Shipping costs are charged to the customer in accordance with the Post Express rates To see the list of our products, please click here.  

4. Deliveries are made every working day, between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Please ensure that there is someone at the address to receive the delivery. If you are not there at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note that you can use to collect the package at the designated post office, a day after the attempted delivery and no later than 5 working days upon the attempted delivery. 5. The seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the order due to circumstances caused by the buyer (the buyer’s unavailability, incorrect data entered in the order form etc.). Moreover, the seller shall not incur any costs in that regard. 


In accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS, No 62/2014), you may submit a “Declaration of withdrawal from the contract” by email to: or by post to: NTC EDU, Danila Kiša 7a, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. 

Our web shop customers have the right to withdraw from distance i.e. off-premises contracts, by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the goods to the customer, i.e. a third party designated by the customer, other than a carrier. 

The costs of return shall be borne by the customer. The items, in their original packaging, should be returned to the address: NTC EDU, Danila Kiša 7a, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. 

The items must be unused, undamaged in their original packaging and with the original invoice and the form “Declaration of withdrawal from the contract” enclosed. 

Customers can withdraw from distance and off-premises contracts within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, without stating the reasons for withdrawal. The Declaration of withdrawal from the contract shall be effective from the date of sending to the seller. 

Article 33 of the Consumer Protection Law 

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed as null and void, while the obligations under Article 34 and Article 35 of the law shall prevail. 

The trader shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer under the contract, not later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

Shipping Damage Claims 

It is very important that you report any damage incurred in shipping, visible on the packaging, to the courier who delivered the goods. The customer must report any damage incurred in shipping within 24h of receipt of goods. 

If you notice any damage, do not sign the receipt or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damaged packaging also caused damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are accounted for, sign the receipt. 

Complaints regarding data or wrong product   In case you accepted the shipment and, after opening the box, discovered that the items do not match your order or the information on the invoice is not correct, please contact as within 24h of receipt, with your information (first and last name, phone number) at: and describe the issue. We will respond as soon as possible by replying to the email with confirmation of receipt of the complaint and the information about the number under which your complaint has been lodged in our complaints register and we will keep you informed you about further developments. All claims shall be responded to within 8 working days and resolved within 15 working days of assertion. 

Currency Conversion  

All payments shall be effected in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. 


When you visit our store, we track the following:

Location, IP address and browser type: we use this, for example, for calculating shipping costs 
Shipping address: we ask you to enter this information so that we could, for example, estimate shipping before you place an order and to send you the order.

If you contacted us using the contact form or you subscribed to our newsletter or posted a comment, you may request to download an export file with your personal data stored with us, including all the information that you provided.
